IT’S TIME FOR A CHANGE
Weight loss journeys are few and far between, and from my experience are much needed when faced with making a leap into the unknown. If you had asked me a year ago if I had considered weight loss surgery, I would have replied “Hell No!”
The time has come for me to make a change. I will be walking through my weight loss surgery and journey (real time). I am hoping this keeps me accountable through this process and that I can possibly inspire and/or help anyone who still may be in the “Hell No!” Stage of their journey.
