Today marks 30 days for me and my weight loss journey 🎉 I have yet to experience “buyers remorse” and I feel completely grateful for this opportunity. Who knows, maybe that will change, but as it stands today, I feel like I have been given an amazing tool to help me lose weight and change the way I can live my life!
I’m so excited how much the scale moved for me these past 30 days! Im sure that I check it WAY too much, but what can I say? It keeps me motivated to see it move 🙌🏼💪🏼
I did a little side by side to show my progress. To keep it real, I don’t know that I really see much of a difference yet. I’m not having to run and buy all new clothes yet and I’m totally okay with that. It’s not a race, it’s a lifetime marathon. I just have to keep pushing. ***Yes, I wore the same shirt.... My husband totally called me out on it like I was some sort of weirdo 😂 I did do it on purpose to compare more equally ***

There really isn’t a ton to report this week. I‘ve been in pain a few days and nights and my scars are healing fantastic. I started back to work this week and I’m slowly working into our normal (crazy) routine 😴 I did learn a few things this week, that I will share.
* Premier Protein Shakes do not taste so great after a month... currently searching for different options.
* Metal glass pull doors are painful to open 😬
* 10 days post op is too soon to clean the house 🤷🏻♀️ * Solo grocery shopping with a 4 year old is already hard, don’t try it 2 weeks post op
* EAT SLOW (when I say eat, I mean sip my drinks)
* You can‘t cut gel vitamins in half... 😂 Yes 🤦🏻♀️ I tried
* Drinking at least 70oz of water per day is tough when you are busy
Love reading this. You are amazing. U got this.
I am so impressed, keep at it!
